Laguna
Pila, Laguna is known for its historical houses that we can still see today. These ancestral or historical houses isn't just a normal ancestral houses, because what they did is they built a shop on its ground floor, that made it unique from the others. Also, there are so many mountains that you can see while you're on your way in Laguna, just like the pictures above. The Pila, Laguna is also known to be the Land of Heritage, because it is the only place in Laguna that is not affected by the World War 2
On the day, where our activity are announced, me and my boyfriend were thinking where to go, because it's also a good opportunity to go out and have fun. We planned to go to Tagaytay, or Dasma Park, but then when we computed how much will be our expenses, we now planned to go to Pila, Laguna. When we go to Laguna, our only expenses would just be the fare which is around 400 pesos back and forth. When we go to Tagaytay, it will cost us around 200 pesos in fare back and forth, but then we also have to buy food so it will also be around 400 for each of us. That is why we both agreed to just go to Laguna, where his mother is, and to also formally introduce me to his mother. I was so excited, but at the same time, nervous. although it's hard to get an approval to my mother in the end, I still got her approval.
On the 15th of April, on our way to Pila, Laguna, we've seen such a beautiful mountains, or views. We've traveled around 4 A.M to avoid the traffic and to be there early. The travel time is just about two hours. We rode a van to go to Calamba, Laguna, then a jeepney to go to Pila,Laguna. We also rode a tricycle going inside the Barangay, then we can see several wide rice fields, and many trees. Fast forward when we arrived, he introduced me to his family of course, and we agreed to go to plaza in the afternoon, and toa carnival at night. There in plaza, we've seen many ancestral houses that is unique from the others, because it has stores in it. In plaza also, is where the National Shrine and Parish of San Antonio Church is located. The church looks good, and so historical. We also ate tapsilog that uses the meat of buffalo. When the evening arrives, after we ate, we go to the carnival and rode the rides and also played games. There is a dart game so we tried it since we've played darts on the intrams, but then the balloons are squishy so it made it hard to pop, so we only got a snack food. The next day, we go through the rice fields that her mother's partner own. It it nice to see a scare crow in real life. We also saw how wide the rice fields are in Pila. Overall, it's been a nice and happy experience that I've encountered. I've got to know his family, and got close with his sisters. So, that has been my experience with Pila,Laguna and I will surely go back another time.
Just a reminder also, we both have a consent or approval from our parents to go to Laguna.
This is such a good experience, since it is summer I would recommend you to go to a place such as Bato Springs. Also, what is the best place out of the destination you picked??
ReplyDeleteThank you for the recommendation. For me, the best place or destination would be the rice fields, because you can see more the mountains more closer there.
